If your order has arrived damaged, please take clear pictures of the damaged items and the mailing box and then email them to info@jampots.shop within 24 hours of receiving them, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, unless it is due to damage.
